New Procedure for Prescriptions (Effective Immediately)

In order to safely manage high demand and to meet with NHS England’s guidance to increase online consulting and online access, we are no longer accepting prescription or appointment requests via email or reply to email regarding clinical or administrative issue. Therefore, you will not get a response to your email. Please see below how you can contact the surgery.

  • All prescription request can be submitted via the NHS app or Systmonline. If you do not have access to this, then contact reception to have this set up for you. Or you can submit your requests via eConsult via our website :https://queenswalkpractice.nhs.uk/
  • All clinical or administrative issues can be submitted by e-consultation via the website as well. All e-consultation get triaged within 48 hours and directed to the most appropriate mode of review.
  • We would also like to encourage you to use the NHS website to help deal with minor ailments or the local pharmacies.

If you require urgent medical assistance, call 999. For out of hours services please call 111. For non-urgent problems and enquiries, fill in an eConsult between 8am and 6pm Mon – Fri – this can be found on our website.
